Mitigation issue with outlook.com
Case: If server IP not blacklisted anywhere and stills mails are delivering in spam folder @outlook.com
- Update SPF record of domain in DNS zone
eg: "v=spf1 ip4:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx +a +mx include:domain.com ~all"
- Update DKIM record of domain in DNS zone. Do request to your service provider to provide DKIM record for your domain. You can also generate DKIM record from: https://www.sparkpost.com/resources/tools/dkim-wizard/
- If still your emails are not delivering in Inbox folder then send a request to the outlook.com through: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/supportrequestform/8ad563e3-288e-2a61-8122-3ba03d6b8d75
- After successfully submitted the form, outlook.com implement mitigation and this process may take 24 - 48 to replicate completely throughout outlook.com systems.
