Mitigation issue with Gmail.com
Case: If server IP not blacklisted anywhere and stills mails are delivering in spam folder @gmail.com
- Update SPF record of domain in DNS zone
eg: "v=spf1 ip4:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx +a +mx include:domain.com ~all"
- Update DKIM record of domain in DNS zone. Do request to your service provider to provide DKIM record for your domain. You can also generate DKIM record from: https://www.sparkpost.com/resources/tools/dkim-wizard/
- If still your emails are not delivering in Inbox folder then send a request to the gmail.com through: https://support.google.com/mail/contact/bulk_send_new
- After successfully submitted the form, gmail.com implement mitigation and this process may take 6 - 7 to replicate completely throughout gmail.com systems.
