IBM DNS Blacklist Removal


Case: If server IP blacklisted on IBM DNS Blacklist
 
  1. URL for check black list: https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx

    The blacklist check will test a mail server IP address against over 100 DNS based email blacklists. (Commonly called Realtime blacklist, DNSBL or RBL).  If your mail server has been blacklisted, some email you send may not be delivered.  Email blacklists are a common way of reducing spam. If you don't know your mail server's address, start with a MX Lookup.
  2. Checking IP : xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

  3. Open the given link: https://idaas.iam.ibm.com/idaas/mtfim/sps/authsvc?PolicyId=urn:ibm:security:authentication:asf:basicldapuser
  4. Create an account and after Login goto following link https://exchange.xforce.ibmcloud.com/

    and search the IP
  5. Click on suggest edit
  6. Choose the options like the following image and press submit button
  7. After successful submission, please wait next 48 - 72 hours for delisting the IP.
